Amelco Electric has developed a corporate attitude of safety. Our Health and Safety program is recognized for its excellent record of accident prevention. Our corporate safety awards program underlines a commitment to the well-being of our team.

Strict adherence to safe practices has created an enviable safety record. Our safety program is led by our Safety Officer who is fully certified. An active Safety Committee represents all parts of the company. Our Lost Time due to Accidents (LTA) rating consistently falls below the industry average. We strive for zero LTAs.

All of our field supervisors receive Leadership for Safety Excellence Training. They are also First Aid Certified. We strongly encourage all of our employees to take our First Aid training.

Field Safety

Employees follow rigidly enforced safety procedures outlined in our written policy and procedure guide. Daily journal entries protect the employee, site supervisors, the company, and our clients from risk and liability. We provide the latest safety equipment and tools so that our people can stay safe. We meet or exceed all regulatory safety standards.
